By accessing this website, requesting an estimate, or contracting More Quality Roofing for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the Client) and More Quality Roofing (CSLB #1074432).
All estimates provided through this website or over the phone are non-binding and subject to a formal on-site inspection. A written contract will be provided for all home improvement projects. Work will not commence until the contract is signed and the initial deposit is received.
Any additional work discovered during the project will be documented in a written Change Order, which must be approved and signed by the Client before the additional work is performed.
Per California law, the down payment may not exceed $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, whichever is less. Progress payments may be scheduled based on project milestones. We accept cash and checks.
More Quality Roofing is not liable for project delays caused by severe weather, material shortages, acts of God, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate any expected delays promptly.
Unless otherwise specified in the contract, More Quality Roofing will secure all required local building permits. The cost of permits will be included in the total contract price.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
