• Coverage: Installation errors, flashing defects, and labor-related issues specified in the written agreement.
• Exclusions: Severe weather damage, acts of God, unapproved third-party modifications (such as solar or HVAC installations), and normal wear and tear.

2. Manufacturer Material Warranty

Manufacturer warranties vary by product and manufacturer. The roofing materials we install are backed by their respective manufacturer warranties covering factory defects.

Roof Repairs Scope

For roof repairs, applicable warranty terms (if any) are detailed in the written estimate and contract for the specific scope of work performed. Unrepaired sections of existing older roofing systems are not covered.
